Accent on Creative Music - JD Allen
Join Accent on Creative Music host Maurice D. Robertson Wednesday night October 15, 2014 from 9:00 p.m. to midnight.
At 10:00, Maurice will interview saxophonist, composer, and bandleader, JD Allen.
JD Allen's Quartet will perform Friday, October 24 at the Hartford Jazz Society's Fall Concert, taking place at the Polish National Home, 60 Charter Oak Ave. Hartford. Opening at 7 p.m. will be the East Catholic High School Jazz Ensemble. Joining JD Allen at 8 p.m. will be drummer, Jonathan Barber, bassist Alexander Claffy, and pianist, Orrin Evans.
