Tune in to Sunday Afternoon at the Opera this Sunday, April 4 at 1:00 p.m. on WWUH, to hear a complete broadcast of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's Le Nozze di Figaro ("The Marriage of Figaro").
Soloists include Tom Krause (Il Conte di Almaviva), Anna Tomowa-Sintow (La Contessa), Ileana Cotrubas (Susanna), José van Dam (Figaro), Frederica von Stade (Cherubino), Jules Bastin (Bartolo), Jane Berbié (Marcellina), Heinz Zednik (Basilio), Kurt Equiluz (Don Curzio), Zoltán Kelemen (Antonio). The Vienna State Opera Chorus and Orchestra are conducted by Herbert von Karajan.
